طلب حذف البيانات

يمكنك أن تطلب حذف بياناتك المحفوظة لدينا، أو الحصول على نسخة منها، أو تصحيحها. لا يتطلب البحث حسابًا بكلمة مرور. ربط الأجهزة اختياري؛ وتُقدَّم طلبات حذف البيانات أو نسخها أو تصحيحها بالتواصل المباشر مع التحقق من الملكية.

كيف تطلب الحذف

1. راسلنا على واتساب 0538195001 أو اتصل على 0114183001.
2. اكتب «طلب حذف بيانات»، مع رقم الجوال الذي استخدمته في طلب التأمين، أو رقم طلب البحث الظاهر في «طلباتي».
3. قد نطلب ما يثبت أن البيانات تخصك قبل التنفيذ، حمايةً لك.

ما الذي يُحذف

• طلبات البحث المرتبطة بك ونتائجها.
• بيانات التواصل في طلبات التأمين (الاسم والجوال والملاحظة).
• نصوص المحادثة مع المساعد المحفوظة ضمن طلبك.
• بيانات سيارات المرآب، وطلبات تنسيق الخدمة وتأكيد المخزون وبيانات التواصل فيها، مع مراعاة السجلات التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها.
• علاقات ربط أجهزتك وسجلات الموافقة المرتبطة بك، بعد تحديد الطلبات والجلسات التي تخصك.

ما قد نحتفظ به

الفواتير والسجلات التي يُلزمنا النظام بحفظها (مثل السجلات الضريبية والتجارية) طوال المدة النظامية، ثم تُحذف. ونبلغك بذلك عند الرد.

المدة

ننفّذ الطلب ونؤكده لك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى، وغالباً أسرع.

تحكم مباشر

يمكنك حذف سيارة من مرآبك أو إيقاف وصول جهاز آخر من صفحة أجهزتي. حذف السيارة لا يمحو نسختها في طلب خدمة سابق، وإيقاف جهاز لا يحذف طلباتك من الخادم أو يمنع الأجهزة الأخرى التي أبقيتها مرتبطة. لطلب حذف السجل الكامل استخدم وسيلة التواصل أعلاه واذكر أرقام طلبات البحث أو الخدمة أو تأكيد المخزون.

من جهازك

يمكنك أيضاً مسح بيانات الموقع من المتصفح أو مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجوال؛ هذا يزيل ملف الجلسة من جهازك، لكنه لا يحذف ما حُفظ لدينا، فاطلب الحذف بالخطوات أعلاه.

Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete, copy or correct the data we hold about you. Search does not require a password-based account. Device linking is optional. Contact us directly to request deletion, copying or correction, with ownership verification.

How to ask

1. Message us on WhatsApp 0538195001 or call 0114183001.
2. Write "data deletion request" with the mobile number used in your sourcing order, or the search request number shown in "My requests".
3. We may ask for proof that the data is yours before acting, to protect you.

What is deleted

• Your search requests and their results.
• Contact details in sourcing orders (name, mobile, note).
• Assistant conversation text saved with your request.
• Garage vehicles, service-coordination and stock-confirmation requests and their contact details, subject to records that must be retained.
• Your device-linking associations and approval history once ownership of the relevant sessions and requests is established.

What we may keep

Invoices and records the law requires us to keep (such as tax and commercial records) for the statutory period, then deleted. We tell you when we reply.

Timing

We complete and confirm the request within 30 days at most, usually sooner.

Direct controls

You can remove a saved vehicle from your garage or revoke another device on the device page. Removing a vehicle does not erase its snapshot in an earlier service request. Revoking a device does not delete server records or revoke other devices you kept linked. Contact us above for complete-record deletion and provide the relevant search, service or stock-confirmation request identifiers.

On your device

You can also clear the site's data in your browser or the app's data in your phone settings. This removes the session cookie from your device but does not delete what we hold, so use the steps above.
